2 minutes walk going to Shinlin night market, self-check in, the chair in the reception area should be cleaned regularly, arm rest is dirty but over-all cleanliness is very good. Staff are friendly. They quickly respond to queries using the Line app. Airconditioning is very good and the water pressure.

The check in process was so confusing for a non Taiwanese. We had another guest who was local help us and when she called the number 2 times the staff on the phone was not helpful at all. Elevator is small and rooms are not clean. It smelled like cigarettes and we left after the 1st night even though we booked it for 2 nights. I would not recommend at all.
