Perfect for two couples or a family the cottage is all ground floor and only minutes’ walk from the village green with shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, ideal for those who have limited mobility or those looking for a central base in Grasmere. Within the property, the rooms are thoughtfully arranged to make day-to-day holiday living feel straightforward. The second double bedroom has a king size bed which can convert to twin beds on request, there is also an en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The dining table is a place to linger with a morning cuppa while you plan your days adventures. Cot available. The cottage has electric radiators throughout and comprises: Open plan lounge/dining area has views to Helm Crag, comfy seating is placed around the feature fireplace with stove effect fire and TV. There is a handy utility room, perfect for drying off wet coats and boots and has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, hand basin and WC. After exploring, it is a reassuring place to return to, ready for another day of adventures.
