Excellent location, cosy and comfortable place to stay. Well equipped kitchen with easy to use appliances. Overall it is a modern, clean, well equipped apartment.

Outer gate swollen due to weather, made it difficult to open and close. No terrestrial tv. Mould on window blind in bathroom.

Great apartment in a beautiful village.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Clean and tidy with modern furnishings and lots of space.

Was a little hard to find as there is no sign on the main street - for reference, it is above the pharmacy and Lewis's Bistro near the CO-OP.

Location, space, layout of the apartment and facilities were good. The bathrooms, bedrooms, linen etc were clean. Oven was spotless. The huge bath was great for a soak after long walks. The car park permit was also great.

The kitchen cupboards, fridge needed a deep clean. The outside area was dirty. There were loads of cobwebs (that had been there for ages) around the front door. We sat outside on a few occasions but had to look at dirty eaves that had not been cleaned for months/years. The patio windows were also very dirty. The shower in the main bathroom didn’t get hot it was only warm. Several minor maintenance repairs were needed: Hook hanging off bathroom door, curtain hooks broken, picture/mirrors taken down and screws still left in the wall.

Grasmere magic!

The property had everything you needed away from home, all delivered in the most beautiful setting! We often visit Grasmere and will definitely be back, location couldn’t be better! The 2 bathrooms came in very handy, including all the environmentally friendly body care and other cleaning products. Also, dishwasher and washer/dryer was s boon!

Excellent location. Lovely roof terrace which was a suntrap!

Restaurant/ kitchen underneath the apartment was quite noisy after it had closed. Phoned down and asked them to be quieter and they did respond immediately

Comfortable well furnished apartment in center of Grasmere.

Location was excellent. Everything we could need was provided. Bedrooms were comfortably furnished, and bathrooms were spacious and modern. Parking permit was provided for nearby parking lot.

There is a flight of steep outdoor steps to access apartment. It was fine for us, but some people may not like that.
