About this house rental
The house is a recently renovated maisonette, decorated in earthy colors, ready to accept everyone who wants to enjoy the holidays in Chania town in a very nice, comfortable house which is located in Nea Chora, very close to the beach, very close to the city center and very close to the Old Venetian Harbor of Chania!
The space
The house consists of two different bedrooms with double beds and air condition in every bedroom. Each bedroom have its own bathroom also.
On the second floor you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything that you need for your breakfast and if you want to cook.
With two different living rooms, two big couches and one lounge chair you can relax and the same time enjoy the view out of the big windows!
There is also a big air-condition for the kitchen and the living room.
Finally, with the solar water heater you have hot water all the time and there is free parking outside of the house.
Other things to note
The house is located in Nea Chora, a very nice area very suitable not only for holidays but also if someone decide to stay in Chania for long time.
Very close to the house you will find:
- Organized beach 650 away
- Beach without sunbeds and umbrellas 300 meters away
- Old Venetian Harbor 2,3 Km away
- Bus station 240 meters away
- Taxi station 400 meters away
- Fish market and Greengrocer's with fresh fruit and vegetables 600 meters
- Super market 290 meters away
- Bakery 200 meters away
- Playground for children 100 meters away
To Akti Papanikoli str (600 meters away) there are many restaurant with traditional food and fresh fish.
