Fully renovated apartment at the great location. Very clean. Good bathroom. Ac, wifi, bed everything was great. Neighborhood is nice, upper class I'd say with many bars and restaurants nearby. It's out of the ZTL so you can park at the blue parking spots. In walking distance from city center.

Good location right at the base of Piazzale Michelangelo, nice neighborhood located in more of a residential neighborhood giving you a sense of what it would be like to live like a florentine.
Everything surpassed my expectations, including modern amenities, a functional shared kitchen, minimalist aesthetic, and plenty of natural light, even in the bathroom.

L'emplacement, la qualité des locaux
La lumière est très "tamisée" mais n'offre pas un très bon éclairage de la pièce principale. le logement est éuipé de plusieurs dispositifs de sécurité ce qui ne rend pas aisé son accès. Une fois bien compris comment les utiliser, cela se passe bien mais difficile au départ. Deux chaises dans l'appartement seraient souhaitables

Sehr schönes, ganz neues Zimmer, alles sauber, Badezimmer sehr modern und neue Ausstattung, großer Balkon
Die Zimmertüre ist extrem dünn und man hört alles durch, es war ständig jemand in der Küche am Gang und sehr laut; liegt in einem sehr netten Viertel aber recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt (Busstation ist aber direkt neben der Wohnung); leider sehr viele Moskitos trotz geschlossenem Fenster
