Luxury Nest al Colosseo - Eleganza nel Cuore di Roma

We absolutely loved the apartment we booked through Booking.com and, as a family of three, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. It was within walking distance of both the Colosseum and the metro station, and there were bus and tram stops right in front of the building. There was also a lovely little trattoria downstairs and three supermarkets very close by. The apartment itself was brand new, spotless, beautifully decorated, and furnished with great taste. Everything had been carefully thought of — there was truly nothing missing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and there were also various supplies available for cleaning and daily use. The hosts, Alessandro and Giulio, were incredibly helpful. They answered all our questions immediately both through Booking.com and WhatsApp, and they personally welcomed us at the door and helped us settle in. The thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary wine, coffee capsules, and snacks, made our stay even more special. I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything!

My only suggestion would be to have mosquito screens on the windows. Since the weather was very hot, we mostly used the air conditioning, so it was not a problem. However, when we opened the windows to air out the rooms, the mosquitoes coming inside were a little inconvenient.

An absolutely wonderful apartment—spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated with a modern design. It's just a 7-minute walk from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the Colosseum. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and speak both English and Italian. They also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I was absolutely delighted with my stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

The only downside? The apartment is so amazing that it's always in high demand—and for good reason! 😊

Obiekt jest świetnie wyposażony. Nie brakuje niczego. Łóżka są wygodne, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Apartament urządzony ze smakiem i stylem, widać rękę do detali. Bogata oferta tv oraz bezpłatne WiFi. Lokalizacja super. 4 minuty spacerem do stacji metra oraz 5 minut spacerem pod Koloseum. Mieszkanie w spokojnej kamienicy, brak hałasu, a dookoła życzliwi sąsiedzi. Mimo, że apartament jest przy ruchliwej ulicy to kompletnie nie słychać żadnych hałasów. Alessandro to jeden z najbardziej życzliwych gospodarzy, u którego gościliśmy. Niczego nam nie brakowało, a każde pytanie nie zostało bez odpowiedzi. Dodatkowo czekał osobiście z butelką wina i ciasteczkami by nas powitać, mimo, że przybyliśmy na miejsce po 23:30. Najlepsze miejsce w jakim byliśmy.
