Muy buena ubicación. Muy fresco a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, nos alojamos este fin de semana con temperaturas altísimas y no pasamos calor ya que es un sótano muy fresco y tiene ventiladores en el

Plutôt bien placé à 15 minutes du Colisée et de termini. Suffisant pour un grand week-end sur place et deux vraies chambres avec grands lits à disposition
Attention c’est un appartement enterré, pas de lumière directe, juste des lucarnes en haut des pièces. La douche mériterait d’avoir plus de pression et est vraiment toute petite. Communication pas évidente avec l’hôte qui ne parlait pas anglais.

Posizione ottimale , vicina ai principali servizi…Con una passeggiata tranquilla di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione/Metro Manzoni e 15/17 min.a piedi dalla stazione Centrale Termini si arriva all’appartamento .
Vicino a MichaelHouse distante pochi passi, c’è un piccolo supermercato Conad ,farmacia ,diversi bar sulla via principale ,piccola cartoleria ..,una pasticceria a 5 min .a piedi dall’angolo della strada .
Padrona di casa (Sign.Dortea )disponibile e cortese.
Piacevole scoperta a Roma per chi cerca un prezzo onesto,semplice e stare più vicino possibile al centro.

Piccole accortezze soggettive per migliorare: …più cura per la macchina del caffè ,attrezzi cucina ..(..il serbatoio era pieno di calcare, motivo per cui non l’abbiamo usata)…sarebbe gradito un pacco di tovaglioli in cucina .
