Mostly the location and the space. The two bathrooms gave us an extra hour of sleep.
I think the public transport was more difficult than usually in Rome.

A beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean and well-appointed apartment. With two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a large living room, it’s exceptionally comfortable. Great location—public transportation stops are very close by, the train station is easily accessible, and there are two well-stocked supermarkets within walking distance. A very helpful host who always went out of his way to accommodate us and help us.
We had some trouble with the key handover—the keys weren't where they were supposed to be—but everything was sorted out quickly in the end. As for the amenities, we could have used a coat rack in the hallway.

Big and clean
The shower water is really small but I assume it’s because it’s Rome building water pressure.

Good location. Walking distance from Colosseum.
The AC was broken and made a lot of noise and when we reported it to the team managing the property they said that nothing could be done about it. Flávio did come to the property on day 1 to drain the AC water but next day onwards the noise problem started again and then there was no help. Also the bathroom drain was clogged. I wish all this was checked and taken care before we entered the property.
