About this apartment rental
Located on the first floor with lift, in an elegant building of the late '800, recently renovated, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums and a few minutes from the metro lines B (Colosseo stop) and metro A (stop S. John).
Composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed, with the possibility of adding a cot and a high chair for babies.
Equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, washing machine, equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster and microwave).
Not suitable for wheelchairs; pets are not allowed.
Much sought after in the internal finishes, note the prestigious terracotta flooring, the vaulted ceilings, in particular that of the bathroom with the original exposed bricks and Arabic tiles in the kitchenette and in the shower. We give you the opportunity to use two bicycles to pedal around the neighborhood and easily reach some of the most enchanting sites in the city (P. zza Venezia, Via del Corso, P. zza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, P. zza Navona, P. zza del Popolo). Quiet because it is located inside the condominium courtyard, despite being located in a central area of the city.

The apartment is spacious and located in a small, quiet neighborhood just off the street leading to the Colosseum. Despite a few issues during our stay, I still gave it four stars thanks to Christina’s care and responsiveness.We experienced some problems—the AC wasn’t working for part of our stay, the safe was not functional, and the building’s front door was broken. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, especially in an older Roman building, I do feel that many of these could have been addressed before guests arrived.That said, Christina handled everything with professionalism. She issued a refund for the days we were without AC and even had her nephew bring us a standing fan, which was a huge help given the intense summer heat in Rome.I recommend confirming the apartment’s amenities with the host before your arrival. Christina was incredibly responsive and helpful—and to me, that’s one of the most important aspects of a great Airbnb experience.

Terrific Rome apartment. Well equipped, super comfortable, and very spacious. Cristiana always answered our questions immediately. The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to sights, buses, and metro. But located in a quiet neighbourhood of cafes, mini markets and restaurants. We would definitely return. Thanks so much.

This was our last stop of our trip, it was nice to have our own space in an apartment as we had been staying in hotels along the way. Very close to the colosseum as stated and many grocery stores and restaurants close by. Easy accessible to public transport.
The only negative I would say is that the shower and washing machine were not very clean.
