Filzi Design Apartment - Central Station M3-M2

Расположение шикарное. В 3 минутах Милано Централе вокзал, рядом метро (каждый день ездили в новые места Венеция, Комо, Лугано). есть супермаркеты и рядом, но лучший в здании вокзала. шаттлы до аэропорта Мальпенса, идти пару минут. Хорошая квартира, малогабаритная. Есть кухня, готовили сами, мы любим домашнюю еду. Стиральная машина и кондиционер. Нас все устроило

Неудобный диван в гостиной, трудно ложиться и вставать. Кровать стара, вся расшатанной. Не убрали апартаменты при въезде. Было грязновато.плохо что в Италии берут туристический налог. Претензии не к владельцу, но в соотношении очень дорого.

The host was very responsive and polite. He explained everything and guided us. The apartment is in a convenient location - close to metro and tram, and of course very near the Milano central railway station. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a nice pizza place just nearby. There is also a mini market and luggage storage nearby. The apartment has AC in the living room only.

It was a bit awkward to collect the keys from one street corner and then travel 150 meter to the actual property. Not a biggie if you don't have much luggage, but we had suitcases and baby stroller so this was not optimal. The apartment is tiny! The place was cleaned superficially, it definitely could benefit from a deeper clean. We were not provided any garbage bags. There was some issue with the coffee machine and we couldn't figure it out - but not a big matter because just outside there are places that offer coffee.

Host communication before the stay. Bedroom does not have separate air conditioning only the living room has air conditioning. Had to ask for instructions such as wifi password, would be easier if we get them before arrive.

O apartamento precisa de uma reforma, principalmente o banheiro! Só havia água quente para uma pessoa tomar banho, ai esfriava e demorava muito para esquentar de novo. Estava bem sujo (banheiro, máquinas, geladeira). As orientações para entrada no apartamento foram enviadas depois que eu cobrei, mesmo assim, de forma errada e incompleta. O anfitrião não parecia estar muito disposto a ajudar, a maior e mais atenciosa mensagem dele foi pedindo para eu avaliar bem o apartamento. Cafeteira e secador não cabelos não funciovam. Com a porta do banheiro aberta, não dá para transitar dentro do quarto. O espaço é minúsculo.
