Stazione Centrale Appartamento Moderno

Great location and very comfortable bed! Places around a train station can be dangerous and frightening but I felt safe in the apartment/area overall and found it reasonably quite. Recommend if you are visiting for a day or two, and are mobile and active. Close to the main sites on foot and the metro is just around the corner for anything bit further! Good value for money, especially in central Milan!

Check in is a bit complicated as requires ID uploads and a fair bit of admin. Very normal for Italy but other places allow you to sort this a few days prior to arrival. Ours was a short stay so would have appreciated the option to do so before the checkin day as it wasted time and I had to chase (bit of feedback to owners....) Agree with other comments. Place could do with a bit of care. Bedding for the sofa if suddenly needed, couple of pictures and finishings (door frames unfinished/ceiling lights half hanging). However disagree with giving them a lower score due to building/staircase being run down. That is not the owner's fault and it's just Italy (plus gives it character).

The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to Milan Central Station and Mercato Central. Great water pressure in the shower and comfortable bed.

Neither soap dispensers worked in the bathroom making it hard to get the soap out. One soap dispenser was empty. There was only one toilet roll available, and for a 7 night stay a bit disappointing for the money we paid. It was quite noisy at night, in particular right outside the bedroom window and the building itself appeared a bit dodgy, so to the area. The lift didn’t work and also we were told to buzz a unit number to be let in initially but it didn’t work. Thankfully another resident let us in.

The apartment was very spacious, and up to date. Less than 5 min walk to the train station was the best. There’s a store right next door if groceries or other supplies where needed. Coffee shops and restaurant very close by.

The area where is located is not the prettiest, neither the building but DON’T judge the book by its cover…this apartment was more than I needed, very comfortable! If I ever return to Milan I’d stay here again !! No hesitation!

solo la posizione vicinissima alla stazione

Non abbiamo ricevuto il codice per accedere all'appartamento e abbiamo dovuto chiamare più volte prima che ci venisse risposto e finalmente trovare le chiavi ed entrare, il divano letto non era stato approntato, nonostante ci fosse la macchina del caffè e il bollitore non c'erano capsule né altro (solo dell'aglio in polvere e del sale) neanche una bottiglia d'acqua. In giro c'erano dei piccoli scarafaggi. Gli spazi comuni del palazzo molto degradati e sporchi.
