Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of one pet (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided. Please note that if you are parked in the designated garage space, access to the laundry facilities may be limited.

Parking: Three designated parking spaces are provided: one in the single-car garage on the left and two in the two-car garage on the right. Additional metered and unmetered street parking is also available.

YOUR SPACE:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to both homes on this property. This includes all interior rooms, as well as the private outdoor spaces associated with each residence: the ground-floor front ocean-view patio, the second-floor balcony, the large ocean-view deck, and the outdoor shower along the entry pathway.

NEWPORT BEACH REGULATIONS:
This neighborhood is primarily residential and known for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Guests are expected to respect the community and comply with all Newport Beach Municipal Codes, including regulations regarding noise, maximum occupancy, parking, and other applicable requirements. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or eviction without a refund.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
