This property would have been excellent. Great location, wonderful view, spacious, well equipped. However, the a/c only affects the front part. The back half, with a large bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom never got below 80F, even with both from a/cs running full blast and a string of fans aimed at moving that cooler air to the back. It's really hard to sleep in that kind of heat. Put a/c in the back bedroom and this place would be perfect!
