Location, cleanliness, quiet, safe and spacious. Info provided before checkin, very helpful for a smooth arrival.
Although advertised in the headline, AC is only available in one bedroom and quite noisy. A few bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival would have been perfect, we arrived late after 24 hours travel.

This is an exceptional apartment. It was spotless and Very comfortable. Everything was beautiful and it was clear the owners cared about making this a really wonderful rental. It was also conveniently located downtown Kona. It could not have been a more pleasant experience.

Great location, parking included but walkable into Kona. Apartment was very comfortable for a party of 3. AC in only 1 room but ceiling fans and opening the lanai doors were enough.

Well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all items we could possibly need during our stay. Our hosts were kind and welcoming. Property was in a good location. AC, Washer/dryer, and pool get bonus points. The lanai was spacious for family meals outside.
