Close to town

The AC in the living room wasn't working properly, and it was very hot at 84 degrees. I reported it, and no one came or called. There was hair on the bed in the first bedroom when I arrived, I reported it as well, and now one reached out. Lastly, I went to do a late check out, as it allowed me to do so before 4 pm, and it would not go through on the website. I reached out to the 24/7 line provided, and no one ever answered. I ended up having to text to get a response, letting them know that I would like a late check out, and even then, I was not able to get a late check out. The customer service person acted sarcastic with me. I asked if anyone booked for the next day, and they said "no" but I was STILL unable to do a late check out. I asked to speak to someone over the phone... they texted me the 24/7 customer service line, and NO ONE answered, and I told them that no one answered. I asked for some kind of credit or refund for a horrible experience, and NO ONE has gotten back to me as of yet. I was unable to connect and speak with a real customer service person or the owners. It was very frustrating and upsetting.

Overall furnishings were okay and we enjoy stay with proximity to Alii St

Location was great

The property had a remodel job and was done poorly with crooked mounted kitchen cabinet trim molding that was okay but done by amateur. Also the Biggest overall problem was with the entry door. It had a 10 digit # which was very sensitive and took many attempts to secure entry. Very,Very frustrating and actually we had to have help from onsite Kona Mansions mgr LOREN who was very helpful

Loud ac units /master bath no door /no instructions for tv Looked clean but washer very dirty with mold and dryer vent not fit properly hence clothes would catch on corners
