Concept Serviced Apartments

Spacious, comfortable and clean. I had access to the courtyard which was a bonus.

The sofa was a bit tired and uncomfortable. The tv was lacking a little bit, the small size meant the sound was hard work. Cooking utensils could have been a bit better.

Very confortable. Staff was kind and helpfull. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of public transport nearby.

The soundproofing isn’t great and you can kind of hear some noise from the other guests. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be if you are a very light sleeper.

The apartment is located in a very convenient and pleasant neighborhood in the city. Laundry facilities were included on site. The keys were very easily retrieved. The kitchenette was well equiped and had two stoves and a microwave. This really helped when we bought take-out and microwavable dinners from the supermarket.

The wifi almost never worked in the apartment. There were times when I was completely cut-off from the Internet because I had neither a cellular signal nor a wifi one. The dryer in the building was faulty. My clothes were still wet after two 40-minute cycles, and it wasn't even a large load, taking up about half the space in the dryer. The apartment building was evidently very old, as we could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and the floorboards would creak whenever they took a step. The hot water supply in the shower was unstable. We sometimes couldn't get hot water despite turning the knob all the way to the left. One of the shelves in the fridge was broken and would fall out whenever we put a load on it.
