Beautiful location, close to shops, restaurants and travel links. Very close to Hyde Park. Lovely building, very well maintained and clean. Apartment was a good size for our family of four. Large bedroom, with comfortable bed and great bathroom. Kitchen facilities, basic but adequate. Washing machine and dryer not needed, but a good extra.
There was missing equipment in the kitchen, which was frustrating - including a good set of food prep knives (including a bread knife). A tea towel is really needed if you only have one set of plates, and cutlery and to keep things clean and tidy. One small bath towel each is not adequate. Large towel and hand towel each needed. One flat pillow each wasn't comfortable.

Really nice flat, clean, fully equipped and beautiful location. If you want to enjoy the Nothing Hill charm I definitely recommend the place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were group of 5 people family so one person had to sleep in the kitchen/dining room but it was comfortable anyway.
Apartment is located in clean and quiet neighborhood with many bars and restaurants nearby. The building is also clean and nice and metro station is located only few minutes by foot.
In the apartment it was quite hot all the time and we couldn't decrease temperature so sometimes we had to open the window 😅
However it wasn't a problem for us - in the end of January I rather stay in too hot place than too cold 🙂
The radiator in the bathroom was extremely hot - it was really easy to accidentally burn yourself because of the small space. It was so hot I could feel the heat through the wall in my bedroom... 🫣

Location: the surrounding neighborhood is really lovely and the place is well connected with underground and bus stations close by.
* Mould on the ceiling over the bed and in the bathroom.
* No proper seating possibilities, just two uncomfortable folding chairs.
* Wallpainting is falling off (needs repair)
* In general it seems the landlord doesn't pay much attention to details, e.g. no towel for the hands, no hangers for jackets, missing light bulp in bedside lamp
