Fantastic location and perfect area
We had the basement and the floor was always hot (like it had underfloor heating) and the tap water never turned cold- it was always either hot or warm.

Fire alarm was low in battery so beeped but staff were very quick on hand to fix so very happy!

Location and a decent size for 2 couples
Terrace is advertised but comes with no table or seating facility so pretty pointless and disappointing especially with the weather we’ve had.
Rooms were like a sauna was unbearable to get ready in, albeit a heatwave, no sleep, fans are useless and extremely noisy. It was slightly tired looking, very steep narrow steps down to basement so take extra care. Free toiletries is not true, 1/4 of a bottle of shower gel left in the shower. One towel each, would recommended you taking your own. £907 for 2 nights. Underground right underneath, train every few minutes you feel and hear the trains but didn’t bother us so much.
