Clogged bathroom in both rooms, smelly drainage Space very small but that's only minor Creaking floor, we could hear upstairs people walking at night

The apartment was spacious and presented in a good condition. There is plenty of space for 4 people as well as a spacious living room/dining area and a kitchen containing all the essential amenities. The location is very close to Bayswater and Queensway underground station which connects you well to central London. The area is quiet and feels safe.

If you are a light sleeper then you will notice the sound of the nearby underground station, but services ease through the night. Whilst it is in a basement, it was still fairly warm and with no air conditioning it was uncomfortable (they do provide fans which does help but not a full solution). Parts of the apartment could have been more clean. The drains in one shower was partially blocked which meant we couldn't utilise the full power of the shower.

Location and a decent size for 2 couples

Terrace is advertised but comes with no table or seating facility so pretty pointless and disappointing especially with the weather we’ve had. Rooms were like a sauna was unbearable to get ready in, albeit a heatwave, no sleep, fans are useless and extremely noisy. It was slightly tired looking, very steep narrow steps down to basement so take extra care. Free toiletries is not true, 1/4 of a bottle of shower gel left in the shower. One towel each, would recommended you taking your own. £907 for 2 nights. Underground right underneath, train every few minutes you feel and hear the trains but didn’t bother us so much.
