Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo łatwy dostęp do linii metra i autobusów około 8-10 minut spacerkiem, wszędzie praktycznie łatwo dojechać. W pobliżu kilka restauracji, małych sklepów. W pobliżu Kensington Garden, gdzie można pospacerować, odpocząć, zwiedzić pałac. Mieszkanie ciepłe, bez wilgoci, czego trochę się bałam.
Do poprawy kilka drobiazgów, jak np popsute drzwi szafy :) Można by również trochę wyczyścić przestrzeń na dworze między oknami, bo gdy chciałam podnieść rolety w sypialniach to widok był mało ciekawy i po prostu brudny.

Η τοποθεσία και ότι το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο με τρία μπάνια.
Η καθαριότητα στην εξώπορτα.. η ασφάλεια του σπιτιού! Η θέρμανση άνοιγε μόνο στα μπάνια.. είχε μηχανή καφέ χωρίς κάψουλες.. το τζάμι ήταν σπασμένο στο σαλόνι..τα μπάνια μηριζαν άσχημα.
