Hububb Luxe Flat near Earl's Court

The owners use an app called Klevio, which should open the doors to the building, and then to the flat. We had great difficulty doing either one. My friend was able to use the app; I never was. We had one key, and after numerous requests, we were given a second key, which opened both doors.

The location is amazing - a very short walk to the Earls Court underground station. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. We couldn't have asked for more, location-wise. I hesitate to give a negative review, but the lack of responsiveness to issues was striking. I already mentioned the issue with Klevio. We had another issue as well. On the first day, in washing out socks in the secondary bathroom sink, the stopper would not pop up again. So the sink didn't drain of water. After repeated requests and emails, It took 5 days before the owners got someone there to address the issue. And even then, the solution was don't use the stopper......so for 5 days we had a sink that didn't drain, and then for the rest of the time, we couldn't fill the sink with water. The kitchen was lacking in many essentials - there wasn't even a decent knife there to cut a loaf of bread. There was a coffee maker, but we were unable to find, in any store, the pods that would work with that coffee maker. There were no pans for the oven. We weren't planning to cook meals in the flat, but if we had wanted to, we couldn't have. There was a vacuum cleaner, but no broom in the flat. While the kitchen has a washer/dryer, the dryer doesn't dry. It only spins to get the water out.. There was a rack to dry our clothes once washed.
