Très fortes odeurs d’humidité et beaucoup de saleté liée Traces de dégâts des eaux moisissures dans les sdb Equipments pas très propres chaises et table tachées canapé et tapis noircis placards cuisine et plan de travail assez sales

The location of the house is very good indeed. It’s so close to the sights of London and being located at the end of Melon Place it has a quiet atmosphere.

The property is well designed and comfortable but it needs regular maintenance such as the waste plugs not working or missing. The shower on the first floor is leaking water that dipped through the downstairs ceiling. The kitchen equipment is somewhat lacking in the number of knives and forks and spoons. Someone needs to check these items every week. Such a shame that these items detract from the overall experience of such a fabulous property. Come on guys pull your fingers out and get this property up to the standard it deserves.

OG defekt, Wasserschaden an der Decke, Feuchtigkeit am Boden mit Schimmelbildung - Dusche damit nicht benutzbar - Wasserschaden führt dazu, dass Stromnetz instabil: FI Schutzschalter - nur im obersten Geschoss Klimaanlage, in den anderen Schlafzimmern nur mobile Klimageräte, die sehr laut sind und nur bei offenem Fenster funktionieren - keine Duschstange im 2. Bad - Duschbrause läuft, wann immer ein anderer Wasserhahn geöffnet wird - keine zeitnahe Reaktion auf Anfragen beim Vermieter, eine KI gibt unbrauchbare Antworten
