-Air Con- 3BD Mews House - Kensington Palace!

fantastic location really easy to get about. Lots of options for food nearby.

Location and space , modern and excellent bathrooms and comfy beds

Nothing

The property was very conveniently located, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and easy access to the underground. Check-in and check-out were very easy, thanks to the lockbox with the key.

Overall, we had no major complaints about the property. There are a few things that could be improved, though. When the shower is being used in the first-floor bathroom, there is no water available in the second-floor bathroom shower, so only one shower can be used at a time. The master bathroom also lacks a convenient place to store toiletries. Adding a small stand or shelf would make the bathroom much more functional. The kitchen could also be better equipped. Some of the pots and pans were damaged, and there were not enough cooking utensils, such as spatulas. The kitchen area could also benefit from better organization. Additionally, the bathrooms did not have hand soap, so we had to purchase some ourselves.

Great location, spacious, comfortable beds.

No welcome instructions on arrival. No wifi password had to message host in the evening as the property had no phone signal. It was quite cool on arrival and no instructions on how to put the heating on and we couldn’t find the thermostat in the house although told it was on the landing or stairs ! There wasn’t enough wine glasses for 6 people - 1 was cracked and the washing machine had wet sheets in it and the towels had been washed from previous occupants and left on an airer in the kitchen area.
