A superb spacious flat, great location, beautifully presented and excellent facilities. Thoroughly cleaned and fresh on arrival.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de douchette dans la baignoire. Une seule douche pour 5 personnes, c’est un peu juste.

Lage: Super! Trotz der Souterrain Situation hell ( es wäre trotzdem fair, wenn aus der Wohnungsdarstellung bei booking.com diesklarer hervortritt) Wohnung war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet

Der „Zahn der Zeit“ hat an einigen Dingen genagt z. B. Wohnzimmertisch bröselt auseinander, Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht

The property location was excellent. Close to the underground train, lots of nearby restaurants, and on a quiet calm street.

The property was very disappointing with misleading advertisement. Based on pictures and description you are lead to believe that you are staying at a street level property, you are in fact in the basement unit down some very slippery, steep metal stairs. The interior property was dirty, run down and lacking on some basic amenities. For example, the living room had broken blinds, a lopsided coffee table, a VHS tape but no VCR player? and a very stained/ matted rug. The bathrooms had a musty smell, lots of mold in the grout, leaky faucet in master bathroom and the hand soap container was completely empty. We also found that only one water source can be running at a time, for example, the shower will shut off if someone turns the bathtub on in the back bathroom… Luckily the bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Overall the property felt like it needed a deep clean and some repairs to feel as though we got a stay worth our money.
