La ubicacion es excelente, mucha disponibilidad de transporte para llegar a cualquier parte rapidamente. La zona es muy tranquila, con muchos lugares para comer, pasear, ir de compras. La calefaccion y el agua caliente es muy buena.

The property is very well located, undeniably: about 1 minute's walk to Hyde Park and 15 minutes to all the museums. So brilliant for that. However, you also get what you pay for: if you're used to "student accommodation" level of flats where you basically just want walls and a bed/kitchen and are VERY flexible, then it's OK. Keybox for the keys is easy; responsive host. Property clean. However, there were a lot of things which were less great

The property needs a lot of upkeep: lots of paint is flakey, the tiles on the floor in the bathroom are broken, the joints aren't filled, the toilet is falling out of the wall (!! - see photo). To be fair, the beds/sofa are in good condition, but the building itself isn't. The place is above a restaurant: there's a very loud extractor fan next to one bedroom (it makes the small bathroom hum so loudly we couldn't use the bathroom), and the street is noisy on the other side (typical street life / outdoor tables). The flat is single glazed apart from the bedrooms so lots of cold/noise comes through. There's a nightclub (or insanely loud neighbours) nearby until 2am both weekend nights. The floors are uneven/very noisy. Bin bags stayed in front of the front door for 2 days which blocked half the entrance. So, overall: you get what you pay for in the area. If it seems good value, there's a reason!
