Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach G204: This condo is a beautifully renovated second-floor unit in the G building, which is closest to the beach, with a large lanai and open tropical landscape views, a new open kitchen, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo, and a separate modern laundry room off the main hallway. Central AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. For recreation and entertainment, G204 offers in-unit beach equipment and beach toys, and Smart TVs for satellite and internet streaming apps in the living room and all three bedrooms. Free WIFI provided in the unit. This condo will be your private Sanibel Island oasis located on the quiet west-end of the Island. Come to enjoy the natural beauty of the Blind Pass Condo grounds and surrounding nature preserve, exclusive beach access via the Blind Pass foot bridge onto Bowman's beach, the large free-form pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and kayaks.

Guest bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom: 2 twin beds
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The spacious 3-bedroom and 2 full bath floor plan sleeps up to 6 with two master bedrooms with King beds and one smaller bedroom with two Twin beds. The first master bedroom with King bed has a private bath with a walk-in shower and built-in vanity. The second master bedroom with king bed has a private dressing room with direct access to a full bath. The third bedroom with two twin beds has a large closet and is located directly across the hall from the second full bath.
Kitchen: G204 has a new, large open-concept kitchen with a central island and high-end appliances.
Dining and Living Room: The dining table comfortably seats six. The living room and lanai offer plenty of seating to relax.

We always stay at Blindpass ... I love the proximity of G bldg to the beach, shelling station. We don’t stay on the ground level do to the noseums. This unit has it all — 3 bedrooms, 2nd floor screened in porch and a stairway to ground level. Thanks for a nice stay!

The owners thought of everything. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The décor was appealing and comfortable and we look forward to staying again.

We loved the closeness of the unit to the beach as well as having a screened in lanai. The unit could use some updating as we had issues with the outlets tripping causing the lights to go out. Maybe a list of what renters should purchase as we had Only 1 kitchen garbage bag & no coffee filters. There were no hair dryers in the unit. We purchased additional beach umbrellas & left them behind for other guests to use.
