Villa Panorama is a modern luxury villa with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda
Nestled in complete tranquility and surrounded by lush greenery, this stunning two storey luxury villa offers an exclusive stay experience, perfect for those seeking comfort, privacy, and unforgettable scenery. From every corner of the house, guests can enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda, with a privileged view of Isola Borghese.
The area is ideal for nature and trekking enthusiasts: panoramic trails, wooded paths, and green routes are located nearby, making the villa a perfect starting point for outdoor adventures. At the same time, the location is convenient and strategic, Gardone Alto is just a 5 minute drive away, while the center of Salò can be reached in only 10 minutes.
The outdoor spaces are a true slice of paradise: a beautiful terrace where you can relax, dine al fresco, or enjoy an aperitif at sunset; a wonderful heated pool perfect for any season; and a spacious porch ideal for starting the day with a coffee or hosting a barbecue with friends.
The modern interiors are designed to provide maximum comfort, making the villa the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday surrounded by nature, well being, and spectacular views.

Here are some IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
1. All payments ( rental fee, security deposit €1500, cleaning fee €500 and the tourist tax ) are managed directly by the host.
2. Pool heating supplement up to 27°C is €100/day (upon request)
3.The final short stretch of road (approximately 100 meters) requires some driving experience, and only vehicles no larger than a BMW X5 can access it. The use of a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended, especially when the road is wet.
It is not possible to access the property with low-clearance vehicles, as there is no possibility to raise the suspension. For short distances, a courtesy car is available for guests.
HOUSE RULES:
We strongly recommend completing the online check in before your arrival (details of ALL guests are required). You will receive the link 10 days prior to arrival. This will allow us to avoid disturbing you during your stay.
PETS: Only well behaved dogs and cats are allowed by additional fee.. Pets are not permitted on furniture and must not be left alone or unattended, either inside or outside the villa. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional charges ( 100). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and must ensure that pets do not create excessive noise that could disturb neighbors. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas. Thank you for your cooperation. Pet fee: €75/1 pet;€110/ 2 pets.
A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
WASTE SEPARATION: During your stay, you are required to comply with local waste separation regulations by sorting and disposing of waste correctly, following the instructions provided. Failure to comply will result in a 100 deduction from the security deposit. Thank you for your cooperation.
Satellite TV is available but we cannot guarantee the reception of specific channels.
