Ca'due Olivi - holiday home with 5 comfortable flats, terrace, courtyard and mountain views in the historic centre of Maderno. The Ca' due Olivi is located in the historic centre of Maderno, only 500 metres from the lake, in a central and quiet location. The guesthouse has been completely renovated. The flats are bright and modern. They all have a private terrace/balcony and offer beautiful views of the historic centre and the mountains. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. Air conditioning and heating. Bicycle parking is available. Just a few minutes' walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets and from the lake with its many beautiful beaches. Ca' due Olivi is the ideal starting point for many activities such as water sports, mountain biking, trekking and visits to the many attractions in the surroundings.
Each flat has its own outdoor seating area. The holiday home offers an idyllic setting: a beautiful courtyard with seating and a barbecue. A pavilion as a social meeting place in both good and bad weather. The large terrace invites you to linger and relax, with deck chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella. The property is fenced off and therefore also suitable for children. Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
Each flat has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchenette (with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, kettle, etc.), a dining and living area with flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet.
Within a few minutes walk you can reach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the lake with its many beautiful beaches. Toscolano-Maderno is worth a visit at any time of the year. Especially between October and January the temperatures are mild and ideal for hiking, trekking or mountain biking in the surrounding mountainous regions. The historic centre offers small shops, services, restaurants and bars. The bakery and butcher's shop are open daily and are just across the street. A small, well-maintained wellness centre with a beauty parlour and hairdresser is also nearby. A bicycle shop rents bicycles and offers guided cycling and walking tours. In the vicinity you will also find numerous restaurants and bars, small souvenir and clothing shops, as well as numerous offers for recreational activities and water and sports in general. A few kilometres away you will also find golf courses and horse riding opportunities. The guesthouse is therefore the ideal starting point for numerous activities such as water sports, mountain biking, hiking and visits to the many attractions in the surroundings.
