About this villa rental
This gorgeous villa offers an ample and elegant space that can sleep up to 8 guests. Centrally located in town and close to the beach, it's the perfect accommodation to enjoy a great vacation with family and friends. Walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda as well as lake side restaurants and services, there is no need for a car while staying at Villa Acqua Blu. Relax with a sunset aperitif or stroll along the boardwalk of Lake Garda enjoying the activities of lake life.
The villa is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The spacious private garden offers an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun or dining alfresco in the evening.
On the ground floor, past the ample entrance, we find an elegant living room with dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. Both the kitchen and the living room open onto the beautiful porch, also fully equipped with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue. On the same floor, through a private doorway, resides a king size bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with double vanity, bathtub spa and walk in shower.
On the first floor of the villa a second living room with a work desk, two double bedrooms, a twin room and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a walk in shower. The living room and the master bedroom both have direct access to the spacious terrace where one can enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace.
The basement completes the property with a nice third living room with a dining area, a small bathroom, a laundry area and an ample garage that parks two cars.
The property DOES NOT have Air Conditioning. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with electric fans.
