Expected to try clothes on bathroom heater, to find out AFTER we washed our clothes that the heater will not be turned on until Nov 01

This hotel hasn’t been open for very long and is still very much a work in progress, but we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning, which was a real bonus. Although you can’t eat in the rooms, there’s a lovely little terrace where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks, which worked perfectly for us. The location is fantastic — literally across the road from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Rome. Despite being so close to the station, our room was surprisingly quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and really added to our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. With a little more time to finish the ongoing work, I think this hotel has the potential to be a really great place to stay in Rome. 🇮🇹❤️

The hotel is still very much a work in progress, so in some areas there was ongoing work during our stay although it did not detract from our experience.

Great location, tucked away in a side street right across the road from Termini train station. Easy check in and checkout.

A bit hard to find but straightforward once you know what you’re looking for.
