The location is wonderful. It along street with good restaurants. The view to port with yachts.
Be careful if you are tall on the second floor.

Lovely apartment! Really enjoyed being right by the port, very easy to get around, loads of shops & restaurants in walking distance!
Only a small portable aircon which does work well but we had to move it upstairs to the bedroom as it was incredibly hot (not the apartments fault, just would be nice in future to maybe have more than 1)

The property was very clean and had very good facilities. It was within great walking distance from the main part of Nice and the beach. It also has aircon which was perfect for hot days. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
There wasn’t much wrong with the property other than the TV’s not working. Everything else was just fine.

L'emplacement est top , très agréable face au port de Nice et à 2 pas de la promenade.
La communication en cas de problème de Tv et de Wifi .
Difficile à joindre et pas de réactivité des soucis de connexion et / de activation des 2 Tv. Salon & chambres.
Pas d'explications pour visionner ces 2 tv.
Des tentatives de communication mais pas au moment où j'en avais le plus besoin.
