La proximité du port de Nice et d'un quartier plus authentique que la vieille ville ou les quartiers chics autour de la promenade des anglais envahis par l'hyper-tourisme.
Des prestations d'accueil anonymes et un peu trop rigides.

The only thing I liked was the overall location.
I didn’t like the actual physical location of the property. It is situated on a very poor street, you have to walk through motorbike garages to get to the property. The entrance is not that appealing at all. Though all the facilities were provided but the quality of furniture was extremely poor and below standard. The table, chair and sofas were a very poor quality. The toilet facilities were below basic and seating of toilet was extremely tight for a healthy person.
