The location was perfect with amenities close by. Tram stop is minutes away . Bus services nearby for other resorts and not too far from train station .
The AC was good in the living room but the bedrooms didn’t have AC making them hot during the night , however fans were provided.

Wish we didn’t have to drop the keys off. Found the security deposit off putting.

Lage ist exzellent selber eingekauft und Frühstück gemacht, gelegentlich selbst gekocht Aussicht auf Hafen und Rauba super Wohnung sehr gefällig und gut ausgestattet

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Nice (vieux Nice, promenade des anglais etc.)
La propreté du logement était très limite (chaussettes blanches devenant noires, sol qui colle etc.). L'insonorisation rend obligatoire les boules quies (simple vitrage côté chambres qui donnent sur la rue).
