About this house rental
Our restored, upscale mid-range vacation home is located in a very quiet, sunny spot with direct access to the local bike and hiking trails.
In front of the house is a large yard with play and barbecue facilities, as well as seating for several people.
On the first floor is the kitchen-living room with an adjoining pantry.
There is a living room with a TV, a separate dining/game room with a TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
There is also a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms. Two of these have double beds, one room has a bunk bed suitable for adults, and one bedroom has two single beds (1.10 x 1.90 and 1.20 x 1.90 cm).
There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Bookable year-round / suitable for 2–8 people; 1 additional crib (0–6 years) is available. For groups of more than 8 people, our Maja hunting lodge—which sleeps 7 and is located just 80 m away—may be available for booking.
Covered bicycle and motorcycle parking, parking spaces, toys, etc. available

Keys will be handed over in person on-site; we live across the street from the vacation home, at No. 5a. One pet is allowed for a fee of EUR 10.00 per pet per night (for more than one pet, prior consultation is required). A crib/rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Applicable fees: 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel: 5.00 EUR per person; bed linens: 5.00 EUR per person (please request in advance); washing machine: 3.00 EUR per load • Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost
