Creative accommodation run by excellent hosts in central location

Excellent communcation from hosts prior to arrival. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. When we entered the Maisonette flat, we were instantly amazed by the creative yet cosy interior. It was the best flat we ever stayed in via booking.com! The hosts were very responsive and helpful on the few occasions we contacted them. They also provided some restaurant suggestions within walking distance. The location is amazing! It's easy to walk to most places in either Kues or Bernkastel (short walk across the bridge). The flat was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Parking inside the courtyard was an added bonus.

Bedroom can get very warm when it's hot outside. Fortunately, two big fans were provided. We recommend closing all shutters during the day to keep the heat out.

Lovely stylish loft apartment close to all the attractions.

Good quiet location with a short walk over the bridge to Bernkastel. There was secure garage parking which I didn’t expect but was very useful. Very clean, stylish and good sized apartment.

A microwave would be useful . Although the check in details were comprehensive, we couldn’t initially see where the entrance gate key mechanism was because a car had parked too close to it. A photo or video showing where it is would be helpful.

Very nice apartment. We stayed during a hot weekend. The loft is at the top so it was very warm especially for our dog. Fans were provided, but they can only do so much. I wouldn't recommend staying when the temperature is hot especially with a dog. Otherwise the place was beautiful.

Beautiful loft at perfect location in pretty Bernkastel-Kues

Perfect location, the loft itself is beautiful. I really like the art inside, which you can clearly see is a passion of the host. Very roomy with two bed-rooms with an en-suite bathroom, which is excellent.

Keys were not available at the time that was promised. The initial communication was a bit hard, but after check-in, everything was super smooth.

Wonderful apartment

The loft apartment was great, really spacious, clean and perfectly located. The kids loved the table football and Luna (our dog) loved the toy! We didn’t get to enjoy the balcony area as much as we’d have liked as the weather wasn’t great - but there’s so much to do nearby (adventure tree parks, car museum, and the Eiffel park) that we had a really lovely break!

Exceptional

The property itself is amazing. Great location and spacious and so comfortable for a relaxing time by the Mosel. Also the hosts were very friendly upon our arrival.

My only complaint is that I booked for an additional night which was processed and paid for, and the hosts subsequently canceled my reservation for the last night to accept a different booking. This left me to find a different location for my 3rd night in the area. Was a wonderful stay other than having to change location - I only wish we could have stayed as planned!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für jeden, der etwas Besonderes sucht!

Eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in fantastischer Lage direkt an der Mosel. Besonders lieb fanden wir die nette Begrüßung für unseren Hund. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen beim nächsten Besuch an der Mosel definitiv wieder ins Mosel-Loft. Hervorheben möchte ich vor allem die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, die einen niedlichen kleinen Shop in direkter Nähe zur Unterkunft haben.

Kann man machen, muss man nicht!

Die Lage ist gut, es gibt 2 TV (WoZi + SchlaZi), es gibt ein WC am Schlafzimmer und eines im Erdgeschoss, der Kühlschrank war schon auf Betriebstemperatur, also schon gekühlt. Schönes Appartement. Man kommt zu Fuß gut über die Brücke in die Altstadt. Achtung Tiermitbringer: Nicht jeder Hund kann gut Treppen steigen. Unten ist nur Küche und Bad mit Dusche, der Rest spielt sich im 1. OG ab.

In der Appartementbeschreibung hieß es, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben daher Kaffee + Filtertüten mitgeschleppt. Dann war es aber eine Senseo-Maschine für Pads, die uns zur Begrüßung mit der Entkalkungsmeldung anblinkte. Im WC oben waren keine Handtücher, wir mussten dann entweder mit nassen Händen zum Abtrocknen ins Erdgeschoss laufen oder jedes mal die Handtücher von A nach B tragen. In der Dusche nur warmes Wasser, nicht heiß. Im Bad oben kam nur kaltes Wasser. Das Bett war schrecklich, geht gar nicht. Zwei lose Matratzen nebeneinander ohne vernünftigen Rahmen-Bettkasten mit Topper oben drauf. Beim Schlafen haben sich die Matratzen nach rechts und links aus dem Bett geschoben. Man lag dann dicht an dicht in einer Kuhle in der Mitte und klebte förmlich aneinander, super unbequem. Dann mussten wir noch Kur-Taxe im Appartement hinterlegen. Wäre schöner gewesen, das ist im Preis mit drin. Und dann muss man es auch noch passend haben, da es keine Möglichkeit auf Wechselgeld gibt. Beim Aufgang in das Appartement ist eine Stufe locker, da bin ich ins Straucheln geraten und fast runtergefallen, weil "die Fliese" beim Abstieg mit nach vorn überkippt. Da kann man sich sämtliche Knochen brechen. Vor 16 Uhr kommt man weder in die Unterkunft, noch auf den Parkplatz. Wir haben dann kostenpflichtig um die Ecke geparkt bevor wir auf den Parkplatz kamen. Diese Mängel haben wir natürlich auch an die Vermieter gemeldet, die sich lediglich für die Info bedankt haben. Ein "Sorry" für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht, nicht ein Wort einer Entschuldigung o.ä.!! Geht gar nicht.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - das sieht man. Auch auf Kleinigkeiten wurde geachtet - da mal ein Haken, Geschirr, Tee etc. Die Vermieterin hat uns super mit Infos und Tipps versorgt; besser geht nicht!!!

Meesterlijk aan de Moezel

Enorm ruim, mooie creatieve aankleding, eigen parkeerplek achter een elektrische poort, leuk welkom voor mens en dier.

In de straat is ook een nachtclub. Op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond staan tot diep in de nacht dronken en/of doorgesnoven figuren oerkreten uit te kramen.

Ein gelungener Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung, die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Abwicklung mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und zugewandt. Die Unterkunft bot mehr als alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet: große, voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 große Bäder, Matrazen bequem, sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sitzgruppe, mehrere TV, große möblierte Terrasse, viele Fenster, dadurch sehr hell, gute Beleuchtung, sehr viele Steckdosen und ein Kicker, wenn man es möchte, Garage im Innenhof. In der Nähe Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Bars und Vinotheken. Die Altstadt Bernkastel ist jenseits der nahen Moselbrücke, insgesamt ca. 300 m. Verkehrstechnisch gut zu erreichen. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gur geeignet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Es waren Kommoden vorhanden, aber kein Kleiderschrank, nur Kleiderständer mit vielen Bügeln. Und es wäre ein Ganzkörperspiegel wünschenswert. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Das Atelier

Wir hatten das Atelier als Ferienwohnung , ein sehr schönes großes Loft. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Ein geschmakvolles Bad mit Badewanne und großer Dusche lud zum Baden und Duschen ein. Das offene Wohnkonzept mit einem Esstisch und großem Sofa war schön um zu verweilen und Fern zu sehen. Die selbst gemalten Bilder in der Wohnung passten hervorragend zum ganzen Ambiente der Wohnung. Wie waren begeistert, und auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Es gab einen Napf und eine Decke wo er sich drauf legen konnte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Erholung in wunderschöner Atmosphäre

Das Atelier ist einfach traumhaft schön! Vom Esstisch aus hat man die beste Aussicht auf die Burg und bei jedem Wetter einfach einen schönen Blick. Alles ist komfortabel und großzügig gestaltet, die Liebe zum Detail ist überall sichtbar. Die Betten sind bequem, jeder Bereich des Ateliers lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein.

Bei so einer schönen Unterkunft schmerzt die Checkout-Zeit von 10 Uhr sehr 😅 Und ein Gefrierfach wäre ein tolles Upgrade.
