La ubicación. El barrio era tranquilo y teníamos el metro que llevaba al centro delante de la puerta. También estaba cerca la estación de tren Roma-Areeiro por donde pasa el tren que te lleva a Sintra. El piso es muy bonito y moderno. La cocina es amplia y la nevera grande.
El armario de la habitación no tenía cajones ni estantes. Faltaba espació para almacenamiento. El mando del aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. La persiana del baño estaba rota.
En la cocina faltaban cubiertos y utensilios para abastecer todas las habitaciones.

We had difficulties getting into our room which caused a delay in our stay. I contacted the home owner and they solved the problem accordingly. Take good notice of key instructions!
The room was clean and also the common area of the kitchen and the living room. There were no hold ups with the bathrooms which i had expected for it was a shared space. Metro is within 3 minutes walking and even a bakery, yoghurtbar and a shop around the corner.
There were problems to enter the hotel, instructions were not clear and upon arrival there was no assistance.
