    The building is very old, both inside and out, and has had zero renovations. However, the interior is well-maintained and ultra-clean. The family room is very spacious. It gets very hot in the corridors, and there is a smell of cigarettes in the lobby because people smoke literally right in front of the door—there must be some rules for that. The elevators are small. The staff is very kind. We also had an excellent breakfast included in our rate. Very well located - near 2 metro stations and one train station. Overal a very good experience.

    The location is wonderful - the airport is a 7 minute drive, the old town is about a 15 minute drive and there are many shops in the area too! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the stay.

    As always staff are extremely friendly in Lisbon and here they were exceptionally good. Very large room but there is no acoustic insulation at all. Could hear trains passing by and noise from corridor which was very disturbing.
