The rooms were the same as that in photos, a bit on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. Appreciate the helpful staff at the reception for keeping our bags even after check out!
Good to know: thin walls, creaking doors, dated elevator, old building but renovated rooms
Pros: location - less crowded, more culture. Highly accessible to train and bus station, sits on the busiest verde (green line) connecting downtown

We are a family of three staying in this hotel for two nights. The staffs at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is very convenient for travelers. Overall, we are satisfied with our staying in this hotel.

We had excellent experience.
The fact that kitchen, washing machine were available was additional plus!
Last day receptionist called taxi, she went outside with us and helped us with luggage! She was very helpful. Taxi got a little late and receptionist called taxi again and made sure that everything was okay!
