The Chill(e)

The room was a decent size and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen facilities were great, the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, and having access to a washing machine was a huge bonus. There was also a fan in the room, which was helpful. Check-in was easy, and the lady who welcomed us was very kind and helped us with our bags. It was also extremely convenient that we could leave our luggage at the café across the street before check-in and after check-out.

The main downside was the bed. It was very soft and unfortunately quite uncomfortable for me, resulting in a very sore back. This is more of a personal preference, but something to be aware of if you prefer a firmer mattress. The shared bathrooms also came with some challenges. While this is not the accommodation's fault, some guests were using the showers for very long periods (around an hour), which was inconvenient when waiting in the hallway needing to use the bathroom. This is something to consider when booking accommodation with shared facilities. We also experienced a guest walking around the shared areas in just their underwear, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. Again, this is not something the accommodation can control, but it is a possible downside of shared bathroom/common area setups.

Really clean!

The room was nice and cosy with a comfortable bed. Kitchen seems well furnished.

Check-in bit confusing as i didn't received instructions by email as suggested by the host. Anyway once i got the right info, it was straightforward. Room has a window on the street which was a bit noisy overnight but not a big issue.

Great location and safe

The description of the room was Double or Twin beds. We arrived late to bunk beds! They were not visible in the image of the room and for my partner of 71 with a narrow ladder access were quite a challange. Had it been clear when we booked that it was bunk beds we would not have booked here. Having said that we slept well. It was quiet during the night and otherwise a pleasant place to stay.
