The receptionist was friendly. We stayed only one night so I can’t judge much. But it was quite comfortable and clean. The balcony is huge plus. It has shared kitchen and 3 bathrooms in the floor. So far everything is fine.
Bring your toiletries as property don’t have shampoo and body wash, there is the capsule coffee machine, but probably you have to buy your own capsules.

This hotel has 2 locations in lisbon. Avenida Santa Joana Princesa, n17 is very good. Nice building good breakfast and clean rooms.
But we didn't like the other location, Avenida Estados Unidos da America was more like a hostle.
The hotel is super close to the airport you can easily take the bus you don't need their shuttle. And even if you get bold most probably it will be cheaper than their price.
Avenida Estados Unidos da America didn't have any tea or coffee.
