For the price I expected something way worse, meanwhile I was pleasantly surprised with very central location (literally few meters from underground entrance and plenty of cafes and restaurants around). The place is clan , spacious, basic yet decent. It was perfect for one night stay when travelling both to and from Lisbon. Booked twice already.
Building is quite old, the place is a flat on the 3rd floor- it made a first impression of a somewhat dodgy but it is NOT,, and surprisingly decent indoors.

Great value for money, one of the cheapest apartments we found in Lisbon. Great location - right by the metro.
There was no window or ac in the room. While there was a small fan, it did not cool down the temperature almost at all. It was very hot all the time. Host was great in terms of how far the communication was, but not very friendly.
