8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Great location right in the centre of the old town. Lovely view of the port.
Tricky to find and the key gave us trouble everyone we entered the property. The second bedroom has no window and someone staying in the other room has to pass through it to use the bathroom. There is a lovely cafe/bar under the bedroom window but they start setting up very early in the morning (7.30 ish), so it can be noisy if the window is open.

We like the location, which was very central. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we were happy with our choice.
The communication with the staff was not very efficient. They told us there was an iron in the apartment but there wasn't. We had to wait 2 days as they "forgot"- they did not forget to ask repeatedly about the city tax before apologising for the iron (which we would have paid anyway!!). There is a bar outside the bedroom window; at times, people smoking can be unpleasant if the window is open. Cleanliness could be improved - we found a cockroach The building door does not easily open.
