The apartment consists of a fine living room with a balcony and three large windows overlooking the ramparts promenade, two comfortable sofa beds, two tables, air conditioning and television; a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer); an utility room with washing machine and ironing; a more sheltered sleeping area, facing down town, where there are one large bedroom with double bed (or two single beds), a large closet, air conditioning and a little balcony, and two bathrooms with shower (one is inside the bedroom with window). Free and unlimited wi-fi and also for free air conditioning for fresh air in Summer and heating in Winter are offered. Third floor, no lift.
The flat also offers sheets and towels, hair dryer, a cot for children up to three years and a baby chair free on demand, many books and magazines about the city and Sardinia island and travels.

Sitting on your balcony overlooking the ocean and seeing happy people below is a great way to enjoy this place. Bed was great, bathrooms were lovely and clean and lots of light and breeze! The host was very helpful in getting to the apartment and setting us up with some great restaurant options.

The apartment was very clean and has had a renovation last winter so the main room is a good size with two bathrooms. We felt as though we were on our own private yacht as from the main room and kitchen all you can see is an amazing view of the sea and the headland in the distance. The house was well equipped, so much so that we did not want to go out and we cooked at home and sat watching the sun go down with a glass of wine on the balcony.
This apartment is a very special place, tastefully decorated and we look forward to returning.
