Wszystko to, co na fotografiach i w opisie się potwierdziło, mieszkanie na parterze z bezpośrednim i osobnym wejściem przy spokojnej uliczce Starego Miasta tuż przy bulwarach nadmorskich i między dobrymi restauracjami na tej samej ulicy. Mieszkanie wyremontowane, czyste, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia z kuchenką indukcyjną, mikrofalówką, czajnikiem elektrycznym i ekspresem na kapsułki, sztućcami, kubeczkami, kieliszkami, talerzami i pralką Sypialnia z łóżkiem małżeńskim i kanapą, własna łazienka z prysznicem i wszystko nowe. W sypialni i saloniku niezależna klima. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu.
Uliczką codziennie rano przejeżdżały śmieciarki i trzeba się do tego przyzwyczaić, takie lokalne okoliczności;)

The apartment, overall was in a great location. It has everything you need but there were a few ups and downs.
Pros:
It is a beautiful little apartment with two rooms a kitchenette and and a bedroom.
In the kitchenette, there were appliances (toaster, kettle, a hob for cooking, pans, cutlery and plates).
In the bedroom, a comfy queen size bed with linen. The remote didn’t work for the tv in the bedroom. But the tv in the kitchen was great and we could log into to all streaming services.
The shower/bathroom, while stayed damp was very good. There was a powerful shower, toilet and bday. Hand towels, bath mat, 2 small towels and 2 large towels were provided.
In terms of location it is in the heart of the old town. A beautiful little place in Alghero.
You are near to the town and the beaches. It was also nice that the area was quite full of Italian tourists and very little English speaking people. We are Irish and the waitresses/waiters in most places were able to communicate with us well, which was greatly appreciated.
The price.
At the time of purchase, we paid €554 each for a 7 day stay in the heart of the old town. Working out to around €80 a night in August 2025. For such a central location and to have your own amenities, it is quite unbeatable.
The accommodation also offer moped rental (at an extra cost) which can be really handy as some of the activities we did were located outside of the alghero area with no frequent bus services.
Your clothes will not dry inside the apartment, no matter what you do. The bathroom stays damp. Ventilation is very poor and while the air conditioners are good, better ventilation is needed. There were only 2 tiny windows in the apartment. We couldn’t really open the doors for air as the doors opened onto the busy street and there were no curtains, so there was no privacy and a lot of flys etc would enter. There is a clothes horse which you should hang your clothes on during the day outside the apartment to dry. However, it can be a bit tricky with the clothes horse as the street that the apartment opens onto is very narrow and traffic such as cars, mopeds and bin trucks pass regularly.
A helpful pointer for the hob:
We had a bit of playing around with the hob until it started working for us. The small pan must be placed on the back hob and a large pan on the front hob otherwise it will not work. Once a pan is lifted from the hob an error symbol appears and you have to turn it on and off again.

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr neu und modern eingerichtet und hatte von der Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Zudem lag das Apartment direkt in der Altstadt und war somit super zentral.
Auch mit dem Gastgeber hat alles wunderbar geklappt.
Wir vermuten, dass die Unterkunft ganz neu renoviert war, sah so aus, als hätten vor uns noch nicht viele dort übernachtet. Leider glauben wir aber auch, dass der Beton/die Wände hierbei noch nicht komplett trocken waren, die Wohnung hatte dadurch eine gewisse feuchte und die Kleidung und Bettdecke hat sich direkt etwas Klamm angefühlt. Hat uns trotzdem nicht arg gestört und wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden.
