We had a good week here. You are right in the picturesque old town, with lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the roof terrace, particularly when there were fireworks from the marina.
Could have done with a kettle and toaster, but otherwise there was everything you needed.
Unfortunately the gas ran out in the middle of cooking tea, but the owner had this replaced early the next day.

We have been there for one week with our children. The appartments are very nice, the view from the terraces amazing - you can see the bay of Alghero and Fertilia. The location is perfect, you can see and smell the sea, the main street of the city center is close and there are many nice restaurants and beaches in this area. We're thinkgin about going there again.

I had one Week at Candida´s Place with my two daugthers.
Its just a few stepf up to the persoanl terrace on the top of the house, from where u have a lovely view to the cliffs, watching sunsets in the evening, listening to the atmosphere of the old town and the waves of the see, while drinking good glass of wine...comfortable and clean, check it out ;-)

We stayed there for a whole week, the perfect location for spontaneous trips to the nicest locations on the island. The apartment itself was perfectly clean, enjoyably simple and has everything you need to accomodate yourself nicely, quietly and comfortably. Especially the view to the sea from the terrace on the rooftop is stunning, the neighborhood is pleasant and on top of all the apartment is greatly located in the very center of alghero. Parking spots are around the corner, if needed. All in all, the perfect and comfy location to explore alghero and sardinia. We enjoyed it a lot.
