Royal suite Minerva

Great location, in the middle of the old town, good contact with the agency (mostly only via whatsapp), newly renovated, clean apartment. We had opportunity to check in earlier. After discovering broken electric kettle, it was replaced the next day, also agency actioned immediately after ceiling leakage caused by a neighbour.

Only basic utensils and kitchen accessories were provided, we were missing some proper knife. We had to organize also shopping and buy basic toiletries, which was uncomfortable and generated extra high cost - like hand soap, shower gel, laundry liquid, toilet paper, kitchen paper and also liquid for washing dishes (hope next guests will enjoy them!) Also very problematic was power outage that we had multiple times per day, even with two devices working at the same time, however that’s the old building.
