Spacious and good location

Nightmare Check-in, Worst Host Ever I paid for the entire week of accommodation six days before our arrival. I completed all the required check-in forms and specified three times our arrival time: 22:00. On the day of our arrival, at 12:00, I asked for the check-in instructions. They replied that I had not completed the forms. When I sent them a screenshot proving that I had completed them, they said that I had registered three people instead of four. Later, they told me that their team had to make videos explaining how to enter the apartment. I kept receiving what seemed to be AI-generated responses, such as, “I have transferred your request to the team.” When I told them that we were about to board our flight and urgently needed the check-in information, they sent me a Revolut payment link for the city tax instead. Finally, after hours of calling, messaging, and repeatedly asking for help, I received the check-in information at 21:00—just one hour before our planned arrival. It consisted of a video with the location of a locker and a four-digit code. The apartment had no internet. I also asked them to fix the fan and the light in the bathroom. Once again, my request was “transferred to the team.” The same happened when I asked whether we could have the towels changed after four days, even if I had to pay extra, and when I asked for information about parking and whether a parking space was available. I simply don't understand this level of management and communication. The apartment itself is spacious and in a good location. With better management and communication, it could easily receive a much higher rating. Unfortunately, this is the only accommodation in Italy we have stayed at—and we have stayed at many—where I would not want to return.
