The apartment is located on 3rd floor of a new, modern bilding with an elevator and parking in the courtyard of the bilding. The apartment is large, bright, airy, has 3 rooms, each room has air conditioning. Comfortable living room with sofa with cushions, dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms: with a double bad and two separate bads, 2 separate bathrooms with a quality showers, faucetes, bidets, 2 spacius balkonies, one from the living room with the view of a nice quiet street with the table and chairs, second from the bed rooms with the view of the yard, orange trees, small parking. The equipment of the apartment is excellent: washing machine, dishwasher, cofee machine, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tv, Iron, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, hair dryer, shoping cart... with everything you could need. Interior: beautiful paintings, romantic lamp, old dressing table made of quality wood and marble with mirrors, library with nice books about Sardinia and other interesting books. Location: an exceptional, quiet street that takes a few minutes to reach the historic centar, where are all the happenings, wonderful restaurantes and shops. After the first corner a cross street takes you to the port and the cost in a few minute, as well as to a beautiful park where there is a Tourist office, and from where buses depart for various beaches, Capo Cacha, Stintino- La Pelosa, other cities, the airport. Nearby there are a market, various supermarkets with favorable prices. Staff: very friendly and always available. Mr. Pietro contacted us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Mrs. Laura is also very kind, she picked us up at the airport, drove us to the apartment, handed over the keys and introduced us to the facilities in the apartment. She also accompanied us and drove us to the airport for our return, which meant a lot to us. The rating for the apartment, the location, the staff is more than 10.

Proprietari meravigliosi, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno una favola. Appartamento ultra nuovo a due passi dal centro di Alghero. Dotato di tutti comfort. Estremamente comodo e accogliente sotto tutti i punti di vista.
