Recently renovated (April 2021), Casa Dolce Franca offers its guests a cozy space right in the heart of Alghero, just a short walk from everything.
Casa Dolce Franca is accessed through a private gate leading to the spacious courtyard, where you’ll find a large covered area equipped with everything you need to comfortably dine outdoors or relax on rattan sofas or hanging chairs, a brick barbecue for your grilling sessions, a sink, various aromatic herbs, myrtle bushes, and bonsai trees. From the covered patio, you enter the apartment, which consists of a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed when needed, a TV, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with all the amenities, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. In the sleeping area, there is a brand-new double bedroom with a bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a loft-style bedroom with two beds and the option for a third fold-out bed, equipped with closets, a desk, TV, and a dresser. The bathroom is fully equipped, featuring a spacious shower with a hydromassage column, a large showerhead, and a digital water temperature display.
We can also arrange, upon reservation, a private inflatable boat rental service for your sea excursions.
The house is located on Via Eleonora d’Arborea, 50 meters from the Passeggiata Busquet promenade at the port of Alghero, surrounded by every conceivable amenity. Within 200 meters, you’ll find: bars (including the panoramic bar on the 9th floor), restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, the municipal market, public parks, newsstands, tobacco shops, car, bike, and scooter rentals, banks, public parking lots, taxi stands, and bus stops with connections to the train station, the airport, and the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres.
