About this apartment rental
The apartment, so far exclusive to the family, has just been inserted into the tourist circuit. It has been restructured and furnished according to its new destination, but it retains the flavor, convenience, and equipment of a private home.
It is in the historic center, on the Bastions, in front of the windows and on the terrace only the sea. The location is lovely, on the Gulf of Alghero, Capocaccia view. A habitable terrace and many glimpses allow you to enjoy a stunning view and the life of the town without losing the tranquility and intimacy of the home.
The windows are soundproof, the apartment has air conditioning in every room, just off the noise of the sea and the cry of gulls; in the evening and enjoy a beverage and watch the sunset.
The kitchen is that of a condominium, oven, pantry, dishwasher, laundry room and everything you could want to have dinner with friends. The rooms, with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the Gulf, are elegantly furnished with antique furnishings and colonial-style, on the sand-colored walls and flooring background. The terrace, habitable, with dining table, chairs and garden armchair, has a double view: to the left the coast in the direction of Bosa, to the right Capocaccia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alghero at this spacious and clean apartment, ideally located in the historic area of the city. The view is absolutely stunning, and it was a joy to sit on the terrace and enjoy the pedestrian traffic passing by. There is plentiful street parking outside the ZTL at a very reasonable rate including overnight. We gave up trying to find any free parking. The historic area is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. It really comes alive around 8 pm. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Alghero.

This apartment is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are large, elegant and uncluttered with high ceilings and tall windows. The vibe is at the intersection of simple and palatial. Big, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room, plus two large bedrooms. Breezy terrace perfect for lounging or meals, and evening sunset viewing. The sounds of the ocean are a constant, and there can be lively street noise (restaurants, music but not cars) until rather late at night, but the windows are effective noise barriers. The owner was easy to reach and responsive. A special place!

The apartment is wonderfully located, near the old town. Its balcony gives a fantastic, almost private, view across the bay, which is great for watching the sun set on a warm evening. And it very clean, with most of the facilities you want, including a modern kitchen, air-conditioning and double glazing throughout. But, and there is a but, we didn't get a good night's sleep while we were there, because for us the mattresses are just too soft and springy, and give no support. Only one of the beds had bed linen, probably because just two of us were staying in the apartment, so we couldn't use the other bed. And there was only one pillow each and no cushions anywhere. The apartment would benefit from better bedding and more attention to 'creature-comfort'. If it did, we would recommend it highly.
