About this apartment rental
Elegant flat has been completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the place, maintaining the characteristic exposed stone, the tuff, which enhances the historicity of the place.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old building in the heart of the historic center and overlooks one of the most beautiful and historic streets.
With the renovation, materials were used in respect of the historicity of the place, the beams were left exposed and the Sardinian ceramic bathroom recalls the colors of the sea.
The living area and the master bedroom have a large window, the second bedroom is a typical alcove of the place.
All the rooms are available to guests.
The apartment has all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, small kitchen appliances and wi-fi.

Change of linen on the seventh day.
Alghero has a door-to-door waste collection service. The guest must follow the rules imposed by the municipality, correctly delivering the waste in the appropriate containers made available, according to the timetable of the calendar present in the house. Before Check-out the cooking area must be clean and the garbage disposed of correctly.

This tidy and modern apartment, in Alghero’s Old Town, is steps from the beautiful Sardinian Sea and many wonderful patio restaurants. The narrow street in front of the apartment building frames a gorgeous cathedral tower at one end, while the other direction features a modest church of the same era. A perfect location for walking by the water, for shopping or passing the day in a cafe.
