L'appartamento è molto grande e arredato con gusto con mobili e oggetti di valore anche artistico. Ha un affaccio sul porto di Alghero molto bello.

I bagni e la cucina hanno impianti datati, poco mantenuti, perciò scarsamente efficienti. E poi, è importante segnalare che è al terzo piano, senza ascensore, con scale ripide e gradini ristretti... Assai scomodi.
