It’s location was amazing,
Air Con was not working in the bedroom. We did not pay to sleep in an oven. We were told nothing could be done to fix the issue, despite an engineer being there. Sardinia Re ducked for cover & shrugged their shoulders. Had to sleep on the floor downstairs

The property was absolutely brilliant. The location is 2nd to none as it is situated in the heart of the old town and right on the water. Antonella met us to hand over the keys and gave us a tour, she was very welcoming and helpful. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough. Will definitely book the same property when I next return.
The only minor inconvenience was that there was no parking nearby. That said, there is free parking down by the harbour and that is only a 10 minute walk away. Parking spots are always available, and free to park 24/7. This wasn't an issue for me as it is a nice walk to start your morning if you are heading out of Alghero for the day or night.

The 2 storey apartment is spotlessly clean and artistically decorated. The kitchen is new and there is plenty of cutlery. Airconditioned throughout for a pleasant stay. The very large balcony has an outdoor setting with amazing uninterupted views over the ocean, especially the sunsets that can be enjoyed whilst enjoying food and a glass of wine on the very private terrace.
Antonella met us punctually to hand over the keys and walk us through the property. She was available to answer any questions that we may have via Whatsapp. It was comforting to know there is someone like Antonella accessable just in case we had any questions. Thankyou Antonella!
My wife and I are very fussy travellers and have decided that when we return to Alghero, it will only be if we can secure accommodation at this apartment.
The apartment is very private, superquiet at night and within walking to distance to the many attractions and literally 100's of restaurants at your fingertips.
The angled roof line on the second storey can make it a little akward when getting out of bed or using the toilet, especially if you are very tall. The staircase to access the property is steep and narrow. But, you can live with these little things when you are enjoying the very large downstairs dining area and adjacent outdoor balcony with uninterupted sea views.
